This role is ideal for a technically inclined marketer who thrives at the intersection of data systems and strategy. The Marketing Automation Specialist will play a key role in lead-to-close process ensuring seamless integration across platforms and driving measurable business outcomes through automation and analytics.
This role emphasizes technical expertise in marketing automation data strategy and platform integrations to drive operational efficiency and measurable business outcomes.
The position requires a strong blend of marketing systems knowledge data fluency and process optimization. The specialist will play a key role in enabling scalable data-driven marketing operations in a B2B environment.

Core Functions:
Develop execute and optimize marketing automation strategies to support lead lifecycle management segmentation scoring and routing.
Set up and configure automation platforms CRM and data warehouse systems to ensure seamless data flow and reporting.
Create and optimize automated workflows for email marketing lead nurturing and sales enablement.
Design and implement lead scoring models and segmentation strategies to prioritize sales opportunities.
Analyze campaign performance track key KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Integrate marketing automation tools with CMS and CRM systems to ensure smooth data flow and accurate performance tracking.
Collaborate across teams to align marketing automation initiatives with sales content and overall marketing objectives.
Conduct QA and testing of automation workflows integrations and data syncs across platforms.
Monitor and assist in the maintenance of the marketing automation database.
Serve as a subject matter expert on marketing automation and email operations staying current with best practices strategies and industry standards to drive innovation and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality compliance (i.e. GDPR) and governance across marketing systems.
Position Requirements
Formal Education:
Required:
Bachelors degree or higher in marketing information systems computer science or related field
Knowledge & Experience:
Required:
3 years of experience in marketing operations or marketing automation
3 years experience with a marketing automation platform (Marketo HubSpot Dynamics etc.)
Familiarity with CRM systems
Knowledge of GDPR and other data privacy regulations
Basic HTML ability to edit source code.
Working knowledge of APIs and system integrations
Preferred:
HTML & CSS advanced
Marketo experience
Knowledge of design thinking
Knowledge of CDPs tag management systems and customer journey orchestration tools.
Understanding of AI applications in marketing automation.
