As part of Marriotts Change Management and Associate Engagement team the Senior Manager Change Management and Associate Engagement will support change management and deployment strategies for multiple HR initiatives globally.
This individual contributor will deliver strategic plans and tactical communications while partnering closely with stakeholders across the business through programs that advance enterprise-wide transformation and elevate the associate experience. Additionally this position will help prepare Board-level materials on behalf of Human Resources.

The salary range for this position is $108300 to $175000 annually.
