The Ingot Production Poly Prep Operator is responsible for preparing polysilicon materials for the ingot production process. This role involves handling raw materials ensuring quality standards operating machinery and maintaining a safe and efficient production environment. The operator will work closely with production and quality teams to optimize efficiency and maintain high-quality output.


Swing Shift: 6:00am 6:30pm OR 6:00pm 6:30am

Schedule: two days on two days off

Pay rate: $19.50 - $20.50 per hour


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and prepare polysilicon materials for ingot production.

  • Operate monitor and maintain preparation equipment according to safety and quality guidelines.

  • Perform inspections on raw materials to ensure compliance with specifications.

  • Record and track material usage waste and production output.

  • Identify and troubleshoot equipment or process issues and escalate as needed.

  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure production consistency.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

  • Adhere to all company safety protocols and industry regulations.

  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve process efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • 1 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferably in the solar or semiconductor industry.

  • Experience with material handling and machinery operation.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

  • Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
