Automation & API Integrations Specialist
Lakewood NJ (in-office only)
Up to 100K (DOE)
Position Overview
Were seeking a proactive technically skilled Automation & API Integrations Specialist to design maintain and optimize automated workflows across our operations. This role is critical in ensuring smooth data flow and system efficiency using tools like n8n Zapier and API integrations.
The Ideal Candidate
Proficient in no-code/low-code platforms (especially n8n and Zapier).
Strong grasp of API methods (GET POST PUT DELETE) and JSON.
Analytical detail-oriented and solutions-focused.
Able to translate operational needs into automated processes.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement automations to streamline processes across departments.
Manage and maintain workflows in n8n and Zapier for accuracy and uptime.
Work with API calls webhooks and JSON to connect multiple systems.
Identify automation opportunities with department leads.
Document workflows and provide internal training on automation tools.
Qualifications & Must-Haves
Demonstrated experience with n8n Zapier or similar platforms.
Hands-on experience with APIs and JSON data structures.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on operational efficiency.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Preferred: Experience with Airtable Make (Integromat) or Postman.
