Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedBranch Headto join our team inGachibowli Hyderabad.The Branch Head will oversee the operations of the branch drive sales strategies and ensure top-tier customer experience while working closely with interior design projects.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated expertise in interior design with a strong focus on residential interiors is mandatory. The ideal candidate should possess a keen eye for design and aesthetics
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies aimed at driving business growth within the interior design domain.
- Experience with residential interiors ensuring designs meet client specifications and adhere to quality standards.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong team leadership skills with experience managing and motivating a team to achieve business objectives and exceed client expectations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the branch operations efficiently ensuring alignment with company goals and standards in design salesproduct quality and customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to advance customer acquisition and revenue aiming for targets set by the company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of interior projects from conception to completion.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring satisfaction with the service and outcomes provided by us.
- Supervise the design and implementation phases of client projects ensuring high standards of quality and aesthetic appeal.
- Mentor and lead a team of professionals promoting a positive work environment and encouraging talent development.
- Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends customer preferences and emerging design innovations.
- Prepare regular reports on branch performance project updates and strategic opportunities for process improvements.
