In This Role You Will:
Serve as the primary regulatory lead for all North American innovation and new product development
Own formula and label submissions to TTB LCBO SAQ and other regulatory bodies
Oversee compliance documentation related to liquid packaging labeling and product claims
Ensure regulatory readiness from benchtop to market launch across domestic and export markets
Partner with external vendors co-mans and flavor houses to ensure documentation and compliance
Monitor changes in FDA USDA TTB Health Canada and global alcohol/food regulations
Lead risk assessments manage timelines and advise cross-functional partners
What You Bring to the Table:
Bachelors degree in Food Science Nutrition or a related technical field
35 years of experience in regulatory affairs or quality assurance within alcohol beverage or food/CPG
Strong knowledge of TTB regulations especially formula and COLA submissions
Experience with packaging and liquid compliance documentation
Understanding of FDA USDA Health Canada and international regulatory requirements
Attention to detail and documentation- this is a compliance-heavy role not a legal strategy role
Confident communicator who can simplify complex technical details for cross-functional teams
Comfortable working in a fast-paced matrixed organization with evolving priorities
Must be a U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
