The opportunity

This role is key to coordinating services supervising technical teams and ensuring our buildings and systems operate with excellence. How youll make an impact
Supervise daily maintenance and service operations at the assigned site.
Coordinate internal staff and external vendors to ensure efficient service delivery.
Implement innovative programs and processes that boost productivity and reduce costs.
Monitor compliance with SLAs KPIs and safety standards (EHS).
Manage operational budgets and monthly/quarterly reporting.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure service quality.
Build strong internal client relationships through effective communication.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.
Your background
Bachelors degree in Facilities Management Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance and facilities management.
Technical knowledge of HVAC systems automation air quality and preventive maintenance.
Strong leadership organizational and communication skills.
Experience managing multiple vendors and projects.
Ability to work under pressure and make high-quality decisions.
