Job Description
Korzen Health in partnership with Northern Arizona Healthcare invites CRNAs to join our team at Verde Valley Medical Center. With a collaborative environment excellent surgical team and diverse case mix we offer a fulfilling workplace for healthcare professionals.
Case Mix: Covering 4 ORs 2 endo suites and an electrophysiology lab our cases range from outpatient elective surgeries to occasional ICU add-ons. We focus on regional anesthesia and offer opportunities for performing nerve blocks.
Employment Agreement Details:
- Salaried position averaging 40 hours per week.
- Expect 4-5 workdays weekly to meet the 40-hour target.
- Time off can be PTO or scheduled off days with equitable access and accrual based on length of service.
- PTO carries forward annually and doesnt expire.
Assignments/Call:
- Shifts are 8 or 10 hours long covering weekdays only.
- CRNAs handle backup call compensated with stipend plus hourly rate for extra revenue.
- Required calls include approximately 1 weekday call per week and 1 full weekend call every 6 weeks totaling 4 calls per month.
Extra Work:
- Extra shifts available but not mandatory.
