Job Description
Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at the Boca Raton FL office.
Note: You must have at least 5 years of experience in wills trusts and estates law.

Job Description
- Support attorneys and executives with estate planning trust administration and related legal matters
- Prepare and organize legal documents such as wills trusts powers of attorney and related filings
- Coordinate with CPAs wealth advisors and external legal counsel
- Maintain highly confidential records and ensure legal compliance
- Provide administrative support and manage legal communications
- Assist with corporate governance and documentation as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in wills trusts and estates law
- Strong background in trust and estate planning probate and legal document preparation
- Experience working in a law firm or private trust environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized discreet and detail-oriented
- Familiarity with high-net-worth or international estate structures is a plus
