About the Role:
Join Goodyear as Sales Key Account Manager Lead and take ownership of one of our most important European accounts. You will be responsible for developing executing and delivering a comprehensive Key Account Plan across Europe and in the home country. Your goal: drive performance achieve targets (Volume gross profit DSO) and lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver strategic and operational excellence.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and own the Key Account Plan ensuring clear direction and accountability across internal teams (Sales Marketing Finance Pricing).
Lead cross-functional teams to implement pricing strategies deploy marketing plans evaluate financial viability and analyze performance using internal tools and market data.
Act as the key liaison between European and local teams to ensure alignment and success in both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations.
Participate in high-impact negotiations when needed and maintain strong relationships with local Key Account Managers.
Ensure consistent communication and strategy execution across all regions involved.
Your Profile:
Experience & Education:
University degree (preferably in Business Economics or Technical fields).
Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales.
Automotive or Car Dealer industry experience is a strong advantage.
Fluent in English and French both written and spoken.
Skills:
Strong sales orientation and results-driven mindset.
Excellent data and market trend analysis skills.
Strategic thinker with strong planning and execution capabilities.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in Customer Experience Management and Product Management.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work in a cross-cultural cross-functional environment.
