Job Description

The Inside Sales Coordinator functions will consist of handling all sales related functions by following quality management work instructions and procedures.Inside Sales Position Duties:
- Providing customer service for order acceptance and order entry. Including expediting order changes/modifications order coordination and advising customers of order status.
- Provide accurate and timely quotations for cooling tower pump and industrial gear drive renewals and parts including international sales.
- Comply with Export Compliance requirements by vetting potential customers through Amber Road software prior to quotation.
- Punctual and precise order entry.
- Create work packets for release to the shop for jobs related to renewals including initiating job orders for inspection cleanup and assembly of renewals.
- Maintain opportunity tracking and document information related to renewals in CRM database.
- Assist other sales coordinators as needed.
- Field calls for customer complaints returned goods and warranty issues as needed. Act as a liaison between customers and engineering on technical and warranty issues.
- Coordinate with supervisor and/or shop supervisor to provide the best available lead times and expedite options.
- 80/20 all responsibilities and tasks. Able to discern priorities.
- Coordinate with outside salespeople.
- Communicate with purchasing to ensure material availability.
Requirements:
- BS in Business preferred or High School Diploma and 6 Sales Experience
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Good Sales Skills
- Able to build positive and effective customer relationships.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites.
- Ability to lift to 70 lbs. (Display setup.)
