About the Role
Youll begin as part of our friendly administration and customer service team getting to know our business processes clients and systems. From day one youll have a mix of responsibilities including:
- Handling customer enquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.
- Processing and maintaining accurate records of customer information and project data.
- Supporting colleagues with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Assisting with scheduling reporting and documentation.
Once youve mastered the basics youll have the opportunity to specialise in areas such as retrofit administration assessment coordination and energy project supportbuilding a strong platform for a long-term career in the sector.
What Were Looking For
- A recent graduate with a technical numerical or analytical degree (e.g. Mathematics Physics Engineering or similar).
- Excellent communication skills and a confident professional manner.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- An analytical and detail-oriented approach to work.
- A genuine interest in sustainability renewable energy or technology.
