Job Description
Were seeking a Full Stack Engineer to help design build and scale our next-generation digital health platform. Youll work across our entire tech stack from front-end interfaces to backend services creating secure reliable and intuitive products that transform how patients and providers engage in preventive and longevity care.

Responsibilities
Build and extend scalable services: Develop secure APIs and backend systems to power web and mobile experiences.
Develop user-facing features: Enhance and optimize our React/TypeScript web platform and ensure seamless integration with mobile frontends (Swift/Kotlin).
Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with product and design to translate user needs into technical specifications and deliver high-impact features.
Evaluate and integrate new technologies: Identify tools and frameworks that improve scalability maintainability and performance.
Maintain code quality: Write well-tested maintainable code; participate in peer reviews to ensure best practices and knowledge sharing.
Contribute to product vision: Provide input on architecture infrastructure and process improvements as we scale.
Work in agile sprints: Operate in 2-week iterations using Jira GitHub Actions and Docker for CI/CD.
Requirements
5 years of full-stack development experience including building scalable microservices and web applications.
Expertise in (and familiarity with React TypeScript MySQL and Docker).
Experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud AWS or Azure).
Strong SQL proficiency and ability to architect solutions for efficiency stability and long-term scalability.
Familiarity with Kotlin Multiplatform or mobile development is a plus.
Track record of thriving in early-stage startup environments comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
Strong communicator who can collaborate seamlessly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-solver with the ability to break down complex engineering challenges into straightforward actionable solutions.
Self-motivated and results-driven; consistently delivers high-quality work on time.
