What you will do
A Johnson Controls Security Operations Manager will be tasked with overseeing the allocation and orchestration of personnel and materials essential for the swift and thorough installation of all business customer Security Systems which include Video Surveillance and Access Control systems across a designated territory. This role also encompasses the development and enhancement of existing capabilities to equip associates with the necessary skills for successful job performance and adherence to installation requirements.
How you will do it
Strategically plan schedule supervise and manage all installation activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to timelines.
Verify and confirm the procurement of all necessary equipment for installations to minimize delays.
Prepare detailed progress reports expense reports and other pertinent documentation to keep management informed.
Assess and evaluate system performance and effectiveness aiming to reduce equipment malfunctions and enhance operational reliability.
Maintain and update technical knowledge regarding current industry standards and emerging developments to remain competitive.
Communicate effectively with associates and customers regarding any changes in industry standards or procedures that may impact operations.
Develop the workforce size and structure necessary to efficiently manage subscriber-related workloads ensuring optimal resource allocation.
What we look for
Required
Associate degree or equivalent training from a two-year electronic trade school.
A minimum of 3-5 years experience in the installation of electrical and electronic equipment demonstrating strong mechanical aptitude.
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $104000 - $138800 (Salary to be determined by the education experience knowledge skills and abilities of the applicant internal equity and alignment with market data.) This role offers a competitive Bonus plan that will take into account individual group and corporate performance. This position includes a competitive benefits package.
