Job Description
Dr. Micah Bickel at Phinney Ridge Dental a partner at Mosaic Dental Collective is seeking a talented and compassionate full-time Dental Hygienist to join his team of oral healthcare professionals. As a Dental Hygienist you will play a vital role in promoting oral health and preventative care while delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Sign on bonus offered. Dr. Bickel offers competitive pay and benefits. The hourly wage range for this position is $65 - $75/hr. dependent on experience.
Key responsibilities
- Perform thorough dental cleanings including scaling and root planning prophylaxis periodontal maintenance polish and debridement.
- Conduct comprehensive oral examinations and screenings.
- Take and record radiographic images.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and home care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records including treatment plans findings and progress.
- Partner with clinicians to ensure optimal patient care.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile environment.

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent
- Degree from an accredited dental hygiene program.
- Valid and current certifications licenses and registrations as mandated by applicable Washington State and federal law.
- Experience with dental software and electronic health records.
- Compassionate patient centric approach.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.
