Description of the role:
Pines Ford in Pembroke Pines FL is seeking a diligent and organized Part-Time Receptionist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional manner
- Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Perform clerical duties such as filing photocopying and data entry
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in a receptionist role is a plus
