As our Licensing Operations Manager youll be at the heart of the Global Product Licensing (GPL) team helping to shape how Nike shows up through strategic licensee partnerships who serve Athletes* around the world. Youll lead the execution of monthly licensing and royalty operationsthink royalty reporting and reconciliation approvals collectionsand help manage our Licensing Management System the backbone of our product licensing business.
Youll also:
- Drive key deliverables that support new business development licensing strategies and ongoing licensee management
- Lead and support quarterly business reviews and governance reporting
- Build and evolve operational processes that scale with our ambitions
- Tackle day-to-day business challenges with data-driven insights and a solution-oriented mindset
This role is equal parts strategic and hands-on. Youll be empowered to make decisions lead initiatives and influence how we operate globally.
Youll report directly to the Director of Business Development for GPL and collaborate closely with the Licensing Operations Manager Lead Financial Planning Manager Product Licensing Directors and Managers and our external licensee partners. Youll be a connectorbridging teams aligning priorities and ensuring our operations run with precision and purpose.
- A bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5 years of experience in business operations consulting corporate strategy merchandising or a related field.
- Licensing industry experience is a strong plus.
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive change.
- Exceptional communication skillswritten verbal and visual.
- A detail-oriented process-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
