Meadowview of Clive is hiring aCulinary Supervisorwho want to workin a new state of the art kitchen. As aCulinary SupervisoratMeadowview of Clive you will bepreparing meals to order exploring recipes and providing top-notch communication and service to residents and guests at our senior assisted living community while managing staff.No Late Nights!
Position Type:Part-Time
Wage Range:$20 - $23 /hour depending on experience
Shifts Available:Weekends
Location: 3300 Berkshire Parkway Clive IA 50325
Culinary Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service to residents byprovidingfast friendly and excellent customer service to all guests.
- Prepare and cook all meals to ensure adherence to recipes and quality standards. This will also include feature/specials and grill service.
- Supervise weekend staff
- Observe and report on resident change of condition or changes in ability.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Participate in meetings and required training to maintain regulatory standards of food service at the community.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
- 1 year of prior supervising experience required.
- 1 - 2 years of cooking experience in a commercial kitchen required.
- A passion for cooking.
- Ability to speak and read English.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow instruction.
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with others.
