Join the Airplus projectas a Bilingual Customer Support Agent. Youll assist clients in resolving transaction and credit card inquiries primarily in German through phone and email. Benefit from comprehensive paid training and enjoy a relocation package to help you settle in smoothly!

What will you do
Communicate with clients primarily in German (80%) and English (20%)
Handle inquiries related to corporate credit cards and transaction issues
Provide support via phone and email
Ensure client satisfaction through professional and friendly communication
Work Monday to Friday 9:0020:00 (split shifts) with one rotating day off per week
Candidate profile
Native or fluent in German
High level of English
Customer-oriented with strong communication skills
Reliable flexible and professional
Eligible to work in Spain starting September 2025
Employer offers
Permanent contract with a 2-month probation period
Paid training under contract

Travel reimbursement up to 200 after 3 months of employment (ticket required)
Financial aid of 300400/month (gross) for housing during the first 3 months (requires proof of accommodation payment)
