We are you a newly licensed 440 or 220 Insurance Customer Service Representative looking to start your career in the insurance industry A well-established insurance company located in Fort Lauderdale is currently seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) professional who is motivated to grow and develop in this field.
Even if you havent started working with your license yet this is your opportunity to join a team that will provide full training and ongoing support to help you build a long-term career.
Tasks
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with policy inquiries renewals and changes.
- Provide excellent customer service via phone email and in-person.
- Process documents and maintain updated client records.
- Support licensed agents and the office team with daily administrative tasks.
- Follow up with leads and help customers understand available coverage options.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Active 440 or 220 insurance license (recently obtained).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the insurance industry.
- Basic computer skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
