We work with startups and enterprises to deliver scalable smart and efficient technology solutions. Were expanding our presence in the US and seeking a driven Sales Manager to lead our growth in the Bay Area.
Role Overview: We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager with a strong understanding of the SDLC and AI landscape. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B technology sales a proven ability to build client relationships and a track record of closing mid- to large-scale deals in the IT services domain.
Responsibilities: Drive new business development across SDLC and AI service offerings
Identify and target potential clients (startups mid-size companies and enterprises) in the Bay Area
Build and maintain strong long-lasting client relationships
Collaborate with technical pre-sales and delivery teams to design tailored proposals and solutions
Lead the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting pitching proposal negotiation and closure
Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Represent the company at local events conferences and client meetings
Qualifications & Skills: 7 years of experience in B2B sales in IT services preferably in SDLC AI/ML or custom software development
Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and enterprise AI/ML adoption trends
Strong network in the Bay Area tech ecosystem
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
Self-motivated goal-oriented and capable of working independently
Bachelor s degree in Business Computer Science or a related field; an MBA is a plus
