3 5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network support.
Strong understanding of TCP/IP LAN/WAN DNS DHCP VLANs routing protocols (EIGRP OSPF BGP).
Experience with Cisco Juniper Aruba Fortinet or Palo Alto network devices.
Familiarity with ITIL practices service ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow) and monitoring tools (e.g. SolarWinds PRTG Nagios).
Ability to read and update network topology diagrams and documentation.
Good understanding of firewall rules NAT ACLs and basic cybersecurity practices.
Strong communication and coordination skills for interaction with internal teams and vendors.
