Job Description
Title: Scrum Master (Hybrid)
Location: Dallas TX (Hybrid) (prefer local to Dallas or nearby)
Job Type: Contract
Minimum Experience: 7-10 years
Overview:
We are looking for a driven Product Owner with Scrum Master capabilities to manage backlog operations and support delivery. This hybrid role emphasizes product ownership with light-touch Scrum Master responsibilities to support a self-regulating agile team.
Responsibilities:
- Translate BRD/PRD requirements into Jira tickets and user stories.
- Own backlog grooming refinement and prioritization.
- Work closely with the Senior Product Manager to align sprint goals and delivery timelines.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and retrospectives as needed.
- Support roadmap development and UAT coordination.
Required Skills:
- 7 years of experience in product ownership or agile delivery roles.
- Strong proficiency in Jira and Agile practices.
- Ability to convert business requirements into detailed user stories.
- Experience in backlog management and sprint planning.
- Familiarity with digital platforms and tools such as React AEM SFCC and Salesforce CPQ is a plus.
