Job Title: Senior Database Developer
Location: Bangalore or Remote

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Database Developer to join our team. The ideal
candidate will have strong experience in database migration or alternatively a deep background in
data ingestion cleansing and ETL pipelines (especially using SSIS).
We are also open to profiles with strong capabilities in related areas like UI Development
(JavaScript/CSS) or API Development with a focus on cross-platform integration.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Lead or support database migration activities between platforms/environments.
• Design and develop robust ETL solutions using SSIS or similar tools.
• Perform data ingestion transformation and cleansing at scale.
• Optimize database performance ensure data integrity and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend and backend developers.
• Write complex SQL queries stored procedures and data validation scripts.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 6 years of experience as a Database Developer or related role.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft SQL Server and SSIS packages.
• Experience in database migration projects is highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing normalization and indexing.
• Exposure to UI technologies like HTML CSS JavaScript is a plus.
• Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration is an added advantage.
Nice to Have:
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g. Azure SQL AWS RDS).
• Knowledge of data security GDPR compliance and backup strategies.
• Experience with Agile or DevOps environments.
