Multi Trade Operative Building Maintenance Residential Property Surrey

Salary 31824.00 per annum plus benefits

Location Surrey

Hours 37 hours per week Monday-Friday

About the role

Transform Housing & Support is recruiting a local multi trade operative to join our repairs team to maintain our supported housing property portfolio throughout Surrey and surrounding areas.

The work is varied and rewarding with a salary of 31824 and excellent benefits package including contributory pension scheme sick pay 28 days holiday plus bank holidays and company vehicle.

About you

Were ideally looking for someone with:


  • Ability to understand schedule of works covering multiple trades and able to understand works orders complete timesheets and log materials used.
  • Knowledge and understanding of health and safety relating to building maintenance tasks in residential properties.
  • Understanding of equal opportunities and diversity issues.
  • Ability to work in a team or alone.
  • Organise own workload including making access arrangements with clients and housing support colleagues.
  • Ability to use portable devices and software to receive work orders update information send and receive emails and order materials.
