Lead and manage performance and governance activities to ensure the efficient functioning of the unit with a focus on driving strategic planning compliance and assurance reviews business reporting and continuous improvement to enable the executive to make decisions against business strategy. The role also oversees key cross-functional areas such as finance HR Safety and business processes to support informed decision-making and effective organisational performance.
