- Greet guests with a warm welcoming attitude
- Take orders accurately and efficiently at the counter
- Handle payments and operate the register (cashier duties)
- Deliver food to tables with a smile
- Keep the dining area clean and tidy (bussing tables wiping surfaces)
- Work closely with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service
- Prepare salads / Gyros
- Be a brand ambassador of The Great Greek values and hospitality
- Friendly and energetic with great people skills
- Able to multitask and stay positive under pressure
- Dependable and punctual
- Prior restaurant experience is a plus but not requiredwell train the right person!
