Our location in Temecula CA currently has an opportunity for Quality Engineer - New Product Development.
THIS IS AN ONSITE DAILY POSITION.
WHAT YOULL DO ProvideProcess/QualityEngineeringsupporttomanufacturinghelpingtoensuredeliveryofhighestquality toensuredevelopmentofhighestqualitynewproducts.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- IdentifyandcontrolManufacturingprocessdefects(scrapnonconformingmaterialcustomercomplaints) byparticipatinginefforts/teamsfocusedonidentifyingtheprimaryrootcausesandimplementingcorrective andpreventativeactions.
- Mayberesponsibleforquerying&boundingdatatosupportimplementationof complex&documentingreleasecriteria.
- Developproductqualityplansdocumentsandsystemsby creatingproductspecificationsqualityspecificationsandqualityplansinconjunctionwithotherproduc..
- DevelopProcess MonitoringSystemsbyidentifyingcriticalprocessstepsapplyingmethodstoreduceprocessvariationinordertoreduce/eliminatethecauseofdefects.
- Leadprocessimprovementeffortsbyidentifyingmethodsto capturequalitymetricdataandbyperformingappropriateanalysismethodstoenhancesustainingproduct designandnewproductdevelopment.
- Assist increationofQualityTools&TrainingMaterialsby understandingthelimitationsofexistingqualitytoolsandtrainingmaterialsandbyhelpingtoidentifymore effectivetools&materials.
- ResponsibleforcompliancewithapplicableCorporateandDivisionalPoliciesandprocedures.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOULL BRING
Required
- Bachelorsdegreeplus2-5yearsofrelatedworkexperiencewithagoodunderstandingofspecifiedfunctional areaorMastersdegreewith0-2yearsofrelatedworkexperienceoranequivalentcombinationofeducation andworkexperience
- (Technical/BusinessKnowledge(JobSkills))Workingtechnicalknowledgeandapplicationofconcepts governmentalregulations.;
- (CognitiveSkills)Worksonproblemsofmoderatescopewhereanalysisof understandingoftheirimpactonthesystemsenvironment.
