Our recovery-focused programs provide specialized individualized rehabilitation for patients recovering from stroke brain injury neurological conditions trauma spinal cord injury amputation and orthopedic injury. Job Summary
As a CNA youll support licensed nursing staff by providing personal care emotional support and assistance with daily living activities. Your contributions help create a safe therapeutic environment that supports our patients rehabilitative goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing grooming dressing toileting positioning mobility)
- Obtain and chart vital signs weight intake & output and report significant changes
- Prepare patients for meals serve trays and assist with feeding as needed
- Respond promptly to call lights and anticipate patient needs
- Transport patients to therapy and other hospital areas
- Manage patients personal items (dentures glasses hearing aids prosthetics)
- Maintain clean safe organized environments and follow infection control procedures
- Support patient admissions transfers and discharges
- Assist licensed nurses during treatments and procedures
- Communicate and coordinate with interdisciplinary care teamsnursing rehabilitation therapists physicians
- Uphold patient privacy dignity and confidentiality at all times

Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Nursing Assistant program
- Current Montana CNA certification
- CPR/BCLS certification
- Minimum 6 months experience in acute care or long-term care settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal oral and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic fast-paced clinical environment
