Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Elkins WV $28/hr OT $42/hr Weekly Pay Multiple Openings

Facility: Autumn Lake Healthcare
Position Type: Contract Agency Hire (Auto-Offer Potential)
Contract Length: 9 Weeks (High Chance of Extension)
Start Date: August 18 2025
End Date: October 13 2025
Openings: Multiple (Day & Night Shifts Available)

Pay & Benefits:

• Base Rate: $28/hr

• Overtime Rate: $42/hr (after 40 hours/week)

• Weekly Pay Direct Deposit

• Guaranteed 36 hours/week

• Travel stipend available for eligible candidates

Shift Details:

• Day Shift (AP): 7:00 AM 7:00 PM (30-min break)

• Night Shift (PA): 7:00 PM 7:00 AM (30-min break)

• Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts per week must work some weekends

• Facility Type: Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily personal care and assistance to residents ensuring dignity and comfort

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing dressing feeding and mobility support

• Take and record vital signs monitor resident conditions and report changes to nursing staff

• Maintain clean and safe living environments for residents

• Support nursing staff in patient care procedures

Requirements:

• Active CNA certification in West Virginia (or eligibility to obtain)

• Minimum 6 months of recent CNA experience (LTC preferred)

• Current BLS/CPR certification

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and weekends
