As theBusiness HR Associate supporting our Global Information Technology (GIT) Organization youll play an integral role in both daily operations and strategic initiatives that drive people and organizational growth. Your efforts will help advance talent management employee engagement and organizational effectivenessincluding performance management capability building and change management.
Responsibilities
Lead the Global Information Technology (GIT) internship program under guidance of program managers and sponsors including end-to-end recruitment such as sourcing interviewing onboarding orientation and offboarding
Utilize SuccessFactors to manage intern position requisitions job postings candidate sourcing and applicant data
Schedule and run weekly internship team meetings and mentor/intern check-ins; manage logistics for related events
Develop and implement talent sourcing strategies for intern and full-time roles leveraging best practices social media university partnerships and diversity organizations
Support onboarding for new full-time employees ensuring alignment with Colgates vision culture and rapid integration
Maintain organizational and people data integrity within Employee Central (HRIS) preparing and analyzing HR reports and KPIs as needed
Assist with the annual Affirmative Action Plan reporting
Create presentations to communicate project status and outcomes
Provide onsite support for training and development programs
Leverage HR technology tools to drive process efficiencies
Partner with the Business HR team on strategic projects
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree (BS/BA) in Human Resources Labor Relations Business Management or a related field
1 year relevant HR experience
Strong project management presentation and facilitation skills
Demonstrated leadership qualities: builds trust at all levels takes ownership and exhibits genuine curiosity to learn and innovate
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in one or more HR specialty areas (e.g. Compensation Employee Relations Talent Acquisition Diversity & Inclusion Analytics Org Development/Design Learning)
Proficiency with SAP-HR and SuccessFactors systems
Experience working with AI-based tools or platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; comfortable interpreting data to drive insights
Eagerness to explore new technologies and continuously seek better ways to improve HR processes and programs
Outstanding prioritization skills; able to collaborate with multiple stakeholder groups in a fast-paced environment
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $62000.00 - $93000.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience qualifications and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses profit-sharing and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including medical dental vision basic life insurance paid parental leave disability coverage and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employees hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
