Job Description

Trainee Contracts Manager Bristol

The Role

  • This position is central to our established Bristol business comprising over 40 painters and apprentices
  • Engage in high-value commercial and decorative painting projects with prominent companies universities and historic buildings
  • Comprehensive training in project management customer liaison surveying estimating cost control and project management from initial enquiry to completion
  • Open to candidates from school leaver to graduate levels

You

  • Ideal for individuals with a proactive approach seeking a long-term career

Essential Criteria

  • 5 GCSEs (Grades 9-5) including English and Maths
  • Full driving licence
  • Dedication to developing a career in Estimating and Contract Management
  • Passion for delivering high-quality customer service
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience of Microsoft Office
  • Initiative and ability to work independently

Desirable Criteria

  • Some work experience or training
  • AS or A2 Level or construction-related qualification

This role is based at our Bristol office.

Reward Package

Up to 22500 - with a pay review every 6 months. (Higher salary may be available dependant on relevant experience/qualifications)

The initial salary will reflect the fact that this is a trainee post with a high level of support and input needed for your development. You will have the prospect of higher salary performance related bonus and company car as you progress within the team. The exact salary will depend on qualifications already obtained and relevant previous experience.
