What Youll Do as an MEP Coordinator

In this role youll play a key part in ensuring successful project execution by managing the mechanical electrical plumbing and fire protection (MEP) aspects of construction projects.

You will:

  • Prepare MEP budgets scopes and estimates for preconstruction and bids

  • Collaborate with the Preconstruction and Project Management teams on design cost and scheduling

  • Work with subcontractors to solicit and evaluate bids

  • Advise on plumbing HVAC electrical fire protection and low-voltage systems

  • Provide constructability reviews value engineering and schedule analysis

  • Lead or assist in pre-award meetings and client presentations

Skills Knowledge Qualifications and Experience:

Educational and experience requirements include: four-year degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or experience; two (2) to five (%) years estimating controls and/or engineering experience related to MEP construction.
