In this role youll play a key part in ensuring successful project execution by managing the mechanical electrical plumbing and fire protection (MEP) aspects of construction projects.
You will:
Prepare MEP budgets scopes and estimates for preconstruction and bids
Collaborate with the Preconstruction and Project Management teams on design cost and scheduling
Work with subcontractors to solicit and evaluate bids
Advise on plumbing HVAC electrical fire protection and low-voltage systems
Provide constructability reviews value engineering and schedule analysis
Lead or assist in pre-award meetings and client presentations

Skills Knowledge Qualifications and Experience:
Educational and experience requirements include: four-year degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or experience; two (2) to five (%) years estimating controls and/or engineering experience related to MEP construction.
