This Position reports to:
Senior Engineering ManagerIn this role you will have the opportunity to support engineering activities in all types of project sizes and complexities under the supervision of senior engineers. Each day you will complete the tasks cost-effectively and in accordance with contract specifications quality standards safety requirements and cybersecurity policies and standards. You will also showcase your expertise by collecting data and supporting production of the engineering design.
The work model for the role is: onsite #LI-onsite
This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions division in North America.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Creation of Class I II and III drawings and Bills of Materials.
Selection of adequate electrical equipment.
Assist customers on questions/comments regarding their product.
Coaches new engineers to learn the products faster.
Qualifications for the role:
Bachelors degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical or related) required.
0-2 years of related experience required.
Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
