The Division of Rheumatology within the Department of Medicine is seeking an Associate Professor Term (open rank) - General Rheumatology.
This position will provide care in both an inpatient and outpatient settingwith clinical partners through the UofL Health System and the VA.
Your role as a rheumatologist will be to engage in all three missions of academic medicine - teaching research and patient care.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be expected to train rheumatology fellows residents and medical students and provide them with a thorough understanding of autoimmune disorders.
They will also have the opportunity to collaborate with research on clinical trials to ensure that the rheumatology fellows are engaged in the clinical trial research arena.
- The candidate must be board-certified or board eligible in rheumatology and hold a valid Kentucky medical license. Academic rank and salary will be commensurate with experience.
