Additional Information/Department information: The RN will plan coordinate and provide specialized wound ostomy and continence care along with wound care team including education for patients and families. Serve as a resource person on nursing practice in skin wound ostomy and continence care for the hospital staff and community. Coordinate implement and maintain a comprehensive pressure sore prevention program in the hospital. Coordinate comprehensive ongoing education and staff development in all aspects of skin wound ostomy and continent care. Help coordinate with measuring outcomes and quality improvement. Assist in development of outreach with wound care
