We are looking for:
Workday Data Conversion Consultant
Your future role:
- Collaborate closely with clients data teams to facilitate and support the data collection process
- Design and develop data conversion strategies mapping specifications and validation processes for migrating client data
- Conduct data quality checks and reconciliation activities to ensure the data is accurate and in line with Workday standards as well as with the functional configuration
- Transform and load the collected data by utilising Workday delivered migration tools (EIBs and Advanced loads)
- Work with functional and technical consultants to provide a seamless data conversion experience for the clients
- Troubleshoot and resolve data conversion issues throughout the implementation cycle
- Stay updated on Workday best practices tools and updates related to data management and conversion
- Gain an intermediate understanding of touchpoints dependencies and data aspects across different Workday area(s).
Apply if you have:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or related field
- Genuine interestin data and willingness to grow in Workday ecosystem
- Strong Excel skills and understanding of data structures. Experience with ETL software (i.e. Alteryx) is not mandatory but nice to have
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Great communication skills both verbal and written. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues in a remote working environment
- Ability to effectively and actively engage in multiple parallel projects of small to medium size both in supporting and over time leadership roles.
