About the Role
Were looking for a skilled and motivatedSenior Occupational Therapistto join our this role youll deliver high-quality evidence-based services and play a key role in supporting the development of emerging clinicians.
Youll work across a variety of settings supporting clients with:
- Sensory processing and movement
- Personal care sleep and independent living skills
- Assistive technology and home modifications
- Community-based programs and activities
Your Impact
As a Senior Occupational Therapist at Novita you will:
- Manage a varied caseload delivering tailored assessments and interventions that align with best practice.
- Lead program planning evaluation and goal-setting in collaboration with clients and families.
- Integrate services across disciplines to provide holistic person-centred support.
- Mentor and supervise Occupational Therapists providing performance feedback and guidance.
- Deliver training and education programs to internal staff and external partners.
- Support student education and where appropriate provide direct supervision.
Skills And Experiences
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
About You
Youre an experienced client-focused professional with:
- AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Expertise in a range of OT interventions and the ability to adapt them to individual needs
- Knowledge of inclusive child- and family-centred practices
- Experience supporting clients with high and complex needs and mentoring others in this space
- Proven ability to supervise and develop other clinicians
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Passion drive and alignment with Novitas purpose

Remuneration Package and Benefits
Total remuneration package includes base salary annual leave loading and statutory superannuation contribution. Enjoy salary packaging up to $15900 of your salary increasing your take-home pay by approximately $5000. Further salary-packaging benefits available include meal and entertainment expenses accommodation and venue hire private novated leasing and additional superannuation contributions.
