The Office of Student Engagement (OSE) is seeking top level organized team oriented and innovative student leaders to assist with projects in the areas of graphic design video photography social media marketing and web-based platform management. This position will gain valuable experience in their technical proficiencies while also strengthening their problem-solving organizational and interpersonal skill sets. Interns will assist with programs and projects for the Office of Student Engagement (OSE) including but not limited to Student Activities Board (SAB) Clubs/Organizations Fraternity and Sorority Life (FSL) Weeks of Welcome (WOW) New Student Orientation Program (NSOP) and other divisional initiatives.
- Design digital and print materials to promote student events programs and initiatives including flyers posters social media graphics and signage.
- Create engaging content for digital signage and social media campaigns to increase student awareness and participation.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for marketing and outreach strategies.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Edit and revise designs based on feedback from supervisors and student leaders.
- Organize and archive design files for future use and reference.
- Stay current with design trends and tools to bring fresh ideas to campus communications.
- Support event planning teams with visual assets such as banners programs and promotional merchandise.
- Assist with other general office tasks such as filing organizing package inventory/pick up and other projects determined by Student Engagement staff.

Proficient in Adobe (Photoshop Illustrator)
