Job Description
Overview
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani a national law firm in all 50 States has an immediate need for a Litigation Paralegal and an ETT Paralegal in the Los Angeles area.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience. Ideal candidates will have a solid knowledge of litigation support and case management experience organizing large caseloads discovery trial preparation and experience assisting at trial and familiarity with the California and Federal rules of civil procedure. Responsibilities include client contact document review and production drafting and responding to discovery indexing exhibit preparation investigation and research.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree (preferred)
- ABA approved Paralegal certificate
- 3 years of trial and litigation paralegal experience
- Significant knowledge of court rules calendaring e-filing and procedures
- Proven litigation skills
- Experience with Summation Pro Relativity or comparable litigation support software
- Excellent analytical and written communication skills
- Familiarity with trial presentation software such as Sanction or Trial Director
- Environmental/Toxic Tort experience is a plus

The yearly salary range is between $45000-$90000. This position is open to all experience levels. The actual salary offered may be above or below the identified range and will be based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills training experience including the location where the position is filled.
