- Previous experience in B2B inbound support or inside sales
- Confident handling of customer communication via chat email and phone
- Strong interest in software solutions and digital tools
- Customer-focused with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Well-organized reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Dutch (Level C2) and English (Level C1)
- Respond to inbound inquiries from Dutch-speaking B2B customers via chat email and phone
- Document interactions and update lead/customer data in the CRM system
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Stay informed about product updates to support customers effectively
