In Wolt the South ISR and JPN Growth Team is the force driving the entire user funnel from awareness to retention for both new and existing customers in the region. With a strategic mindset we work to acquire new users as well as make sure our overall funnel is in good shape. Efficiency and incrementality are the key drivers for our marketing decisions.
Our 30 person Performance Marketing Team currently consists of people specialized in user acquisition brand performance as well as ASO. The people in our team are experts in both digital marketing and analytics however we are now at a point where we need a top individual to strengthen the team and focus mainly on growing our business in the region through online marketing channels. The role will be based in Wolts Helsinki/Berlin office and is a fixed-term parental leave cover position. The person in this role will directly report to the Global Head of User Acquisition.
