Our client is a leading consultancy delivering robust testing solutions for enterprise-grade web applications. This role supports the automation of functional and API testing using Playwright in a collaborative development environment.
About the role:
We are seeking a Test Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in Playwright. Youll be responsible for designing and maintaining automated test scripts enhancing the test framework and collaborating with development teams to ensure quality and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright.
- Collaborate with QA and development teams to identify automation candidates.
- Execute automated tests and analyse results to detect and report defects.
- Enhance automation frameworks for scalability and reusability.
- Participate in code reviews and promote automation best practices.
Required Experience:
- Strong experience with Playwright for web and API testing.
- Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks.
- Understanding of Java scripting and automation principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively in agile teams.
