Role & Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain automated test suites for backend services and APIs.
- Collaborate closely with developers DevOps and product managers to ensure high test coverage and robust system performance.
- Create efficient scalable and reusable test cases focused on functional regression integration and performance testing.
- Monitor test execution analyze test results and identify and report defects with clarity and detail.
- Contribute to the CI/CD pipelines ensuring smooth deployment and continuous testing workflows.
Job Requirements:
- Solid experience with backend testing and automation frameworks (e.g. PyTest JUnit Postman REST Assured).
- Extensive hands-on experience validating backend applications including RESTful APIs databases and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins GitLab CI or similar.
- Deep understanding of software QA methodologies tools and processes.
- Basic understanding of monitoring tools and backend performance testing is a plus.
