As an Assistant Project Manager youll partner with the Project Manager and Superintendent to ensure projects run smoothly safely and successfully.
You will:
Assist in overall project planning staffing and execution
Support scheduling budgeting and subcontractor management
Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors architects and engineers
Monitor progress to keep projects on track and on budget
Investigate and resolve challenges with proactive solutions
Ensure safety compliance and quality standards are met

SKILLS KNOWLEDGE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Educational and experience requirements include: four-year engineering degree or equivalent plus three or more (3) years of experience/knowledge of vertical construction; understanding of technical plans specifications design elements and reports specific to construction of commercial building structures; experience with structural and design analysis cost estimating and pre-project planning by preparing construction schedules submittal schedules meeting schedules etc.; superior communication and interpersonal (tact diplomacy influence etc.) skills essential.
