Position Summary:
The Federal Work Study- Computer/Piano Lab Assistant provides technical and customer service support in the Music Departments computer/piano labs. This role helps maintain a productive secure and user-friendly environment for students using computing resources.
**Must be eligible for Federal Work Study. If uncertain of eligibility please contact the Office of Financial Aid.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be a currently enrolled student at Jax State University and qualify for the Federal Work Study program
- Punctual reliable and responsible
- Must be able to work between the hours of 5pm-11pm and adhere to a set scheduled weekly lab time
- Must be able to work some weekend shifts as need for lab access requires
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service or technical support
- Experience with printers scanners and other peripheral devices
- Basic troubleshooting skill
