Location: Bhiwadi
Your Tasks- What You can expect as Assistant Manager- HSE
Responsible for implementing and managing safety and environment processes as per statutory and/or Siegwerk Corporate norms and standard plant safety guidelines. Travelling to CMCs (all over india) and responsibility of implementation of safety guideline.
Minimum Qualification Requirement: Any Engg. Diploma / Degree/Diploma in Industrial safety from any technical board.
Min. experience 5-6 years in chemical or paint/Ink industry
Your Profile- What do You bring as Assistant Manager- HSE
1. Ensure implementation of best safe practices upkeep and maintenance of safety relevant installations and machinery as well as of safety and fire fighting equipments.
2. Ensure full compliance with statutory and/or SW Corporate norms including safety operating and storage permits
3. Conducting daily safety inspections sending Monthly HSE inspection Report.
4. Ensure use of PPEs and other safety equipments and display of safety and HSE guidelines/ posters at prominent places in the factory
5. Ensure appropriate corrective action is taken where health and safety hazards exist.
6. Support 5S Coordinator in implementation of 5S & Kaizen activities
7. Ensure the implementation of safety requirements of external working agencies
8. Support Safety In-charge in all HSE activities including promotional events developing new documents Safety Procedures HIRARC OHC activities HSE Software data update Safety Audits.
9. Resolve all day-to-day HSE performance issues through effective liaison and guidance to the operation teams.
10. Manage the investigation of workplace accidents incidents and injuries determine root causes and preventive measures & Collect the Incident Report update the Incident Board & ensure the compliance of corrective actions. Record it in HSE software
11. Recommend process and machine safety features that will reduce employees exposure to chemical work hazards.
12. Conduct company training programs for employees in areas such as compliance training hazardous material handling emergency response industrial hygiene and fire safety. Record it in HSE software.
13. Support Safety In-charge in reporting HSE KPIs in accordance with SW corporate guidelines on regular basis.
