Summary of the role:
We are looking for a dynamic IT Sr. Analyst to join the SAMEA IT Team and contribute to our growing portfolio of tech Sr. Analyst will play a key role in managing a portfolio of projects and other business requests from initiation through execution. This includes working with cross-functional teams understanding business requirements/issues identifying and creating clear action plans follow-ups highlighting and mitigating risks and ensuring the successful implementation of the tech deliverables within SAMEA. The candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and vendors. The projects/scope of work will be across all the business functions (Retail eCom HR Legal Finance Marketing etc.)
About the role:
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery - Actively participate in discussions understand business problems and help facilitate discussions across cross functional teams
Identify and create clear action plan in consultation with cross functional teams to arrive at a solution proactively follow-up and ensure timely support to business
Coordinate with PM/Sr. Manager to define project scope goals and deliverables
Manage Action Risk Issue and Defects tracker across all tech initiatives
Document business requirements in SAMEA cluster
Monitor and report on project progress identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Provide on-going visibility to all stakeholders on status
Collaborate with PM and Finance teams to manage the financial aspects of the portfolio including budget allocation expenditure tracking and monitoring project expenses.
About you:
Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Sufficient level of business and technical acumen to effectively understand business requirements and facilitate discussions with technical and project teams
Ability to work independently and communicate across multiple time zones and cross-functional teams.
Good with organizational emotional intelligence and experience tracking and managing activities across multiple teams
Good with project management skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.(Waterfall / Agile)
Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
Ability to collaborate with teams
eCommerce and Retail experience is good to have.
SAP experience is good to have.
PMP certification is good to have.
This role will require a proactive and adaptable individual and a deep understanding of both the strategic and operational aspects of managing technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will be capable of balancing multiple priorities while ensuring the alignment of projects with overall business objectives.
