You will play a pivotal role in driving sales strategic partnerships and market growth within the EV charging industry.

  • Tenders bid preparation managementandsubmission for DC and AC chargers
  • Ensuring compliance with existing or upcoming norms and regulations concerning the core business in the region
  • Leads generation and multi-channel business development
  • AdvisingSUNGROW customers in their e-mobility journey from A to Z including on-site visits technical trainings and remote support
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relations with customers industry peers and suppliers
  • Generation and nurturing of a strategic account pipeline.
  • Close collaboration with co-workers including product managers operations service and marketing
  • Monitoring of developments in theregionalEV charging market providingrecommendations and strategies to meet customer needs.
  • Regular updates on local market trends insights reports and forecasts to management.
  • Participation in exhibitions and seminars aimed at building the brand name and wider outreach

Your profile
Do you have the legal right to work in Spain

What will you need to be successful

Bachelors or masters degree in electrical engineering or similar engineering degree with a focus on energy or business/marketing degree
Minimum3years of experience in sales and account management in thee-mobility industry.
Technical knowledge in E-Mobility.
Fluency in Spanish and English Mandarin Chinese is a plus but not a must
Willingness to travel up to40% for customer visits fairs and events.

Desired skills:

Strong negotiation presentation and problem-solving skills.
Solid understanding of electrical systems and first-hand experiences with LV installations
Analytical thinking with a strategic approach to business planning.
Team-player mindset.
Entrepreneurial spirit self-driven and results-oriented.

Knowledge of the solar energy and energy storage markets in Europe
