We are seeking a dynamic results-driven nursing leader with a strong background in operations and management. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver and strategic thinker with demonstrated success in process improvement patient throughput and staffing optimization. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on pediatric care by supporting our teams in delivering the highest quality patient- and family-centered care. The Assistant Director of Nursing assists the Director of Nursing in the organization development and operation of the nursing department within a functional unit. As designated by the Director of Nursing assumes responsibility for clinical operations programs various nurses in leadership or advanced practice roles and/or professional support staff. The Assistant Director of Nursing participates in functional unit department of nursing and hospital programs and/or the absence of the Assoc. CNO & Senior Director of Nursing the Assistant Director of Nursing assumes responsibility for nursing service within the functional unit.

Salary Range: Minimum$62.12/hour - Maximum$96.28/ will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
